ACT health has mandated that face masks must be worn in all public areas as of the 28th of June 2021.

In line with this, we are selling reusable and washable fabric face masks at our shop in Jaminson.
From 2 for $10

Good News! As of Tuesday 9th of June 2020, we will resume our business for future notice!

At Hoa Lu Tailoring, we don’t let fabric go to waste as we like to be environmentally aware and recycle/re-use.
Hand-made fabric hair tie scrunchies have been made purely from left over fabric.

EDIT: as of July 10th we are no longer producing facemasks for free as the demand has been high and our business is open again as usual so we have little time. We are now selling them in store, 2 for $15. Thank you all 👍

When our business was approached by a doctor from Calvary Hospital who was in need of facemasks due to the depleting supply, there was was no better time for us to donate handmade fabric masks to our Canberran frontline health care workers who put their lives on the line everyday to keep us healthy.

If you are a healthcare worker, pensioner, or are in need of re-useable, machine-washable, and filtered fabric masks, please contact us as we are happy to help.
