Lovely Tessa went on a journey of discovery today that ended in her choice of an utterly stunning gown but one that is different to what she had expected she would go for! Another gorgeous dress came close but our little detour paid off with Tessa admitting what everyone in the room could see from her smile and body language: she just LOVED the unexpected dress! When a dress leaves your entourage in floods of happy tears you KNOW you’re in the right dress! Gorgeous Grace had been in previously and had whittled down to two dresses with us and some at another store. Coming to us last we were able to discount one fairly quickly but the second made everyone excited: even just on the hanger! And yes, when it went on, her gorgeous mum burst into immediate tears and Grace’s soon followed. This is a dress that, for Grace, looks both forward and back, that embodies who she has been and who she is today. And on top of all of that, it’s perfect for her destination wedding! It’s divine, Grace, Congratulations. Xx

What a treat it was witnessing Taylor’s ‘yes’ moment, because her delight and complete love for this beautiful gown was so evident. She loved it AS it went on the first time - even before she went out to see it in the mirror. It just FELT so right. When her mum, sister and bridesmaids saw her they all literally melted. Yes, we tried to beat it, but no, we didn’t stand a chance. Taylor got her glorious ‘yes’ and a glorious dress for her June wedding next year. We are so lucky to work with such gorgeous women! Congratulations, Lovely: you are stunning in it!

Another gorgeous bride and another gorgeous dress!! Even though we were her first shop, delightful Lizzie had a really good idea of what she was after in terms of shape and particular elements in the dress, so the job was to test these in real life to see if the reality matched the vision. And oh, did it!! While we tried ALL the other things (just to be sure) we just kept coming back to one, stunning early gown that simply REFUSED to be beaten. Waiting quietly to go back on, once it did it just couldn’t be any other dress. Wonderful choice, Lizzie: you glow in this gorgeous dress! Congratulations.

Kinesha was not a first-time shopper so we could get straight down to pulling stunners that fit her brief. Working with her was easy though because she kept some flexibility in her vision that meant we could play at the borders without stepping right outside them. The result? She has left us having secured the MOST incredible gown that literally could not be more perfect for her. Congratulations, Lovely. You will be stunning in this dress!

It was Brooke’s very first wedding dress shopping experience today and what a lovely experience it was for all involved, including me! Brooke had some great Pinterest picckies to get us started with the right vibe and she also had a few images from our website, so, armed with this info it wasn’t long before we were getting her into some great dresses. There was lots to love about the first dress and it gave us great clarity about things moving forward. It did stay as the front runner for quite some time but then Brooke put on a dress that she had spotted in our showroom and she was a little in awe. We revisited dress number one to check where it now sat in the scheme of things but this new little number had definitely surpassed it. It was everything Brooke had been looking for and more and all her lovely friends agreed. Congratulations Brooke. What a choice! This dress will be stunning on you. Xx

We met gorgeous Miriam last month where at her first appointment, she loved not one but two beautiful gowns for her summer wedding. Miriam booked a VIP retry today and brought her nearest and dearest in to show them off, share some bubbles and nibbles and help her decide which one was going to be hers. Everyone loved the first option, but when that second dress went on it was gasps all round. After trying some different veils and accessories there were celebratory cheers and sounds flooding the shop, a beautiful, magical moment for Miriam as she said an emphatic “yes to her dress”. Huge congratulations Miriam. You will be stunning 😍
