Wendle Face Masks now have super soft elastic with these nifty little silicon doodads. The elastic is so comfortable it feels like wearing nothing and the doodads allow you to adjust the loops for a perfect fit. Still only $15 each or 3 for $40.

Let’s talk about face mask washing (sounds thrilling right?)

The trick with reusable masks is that you must wash them between every single wear, so they need to be sturdy. I prewash all my fabrics to ensure the finished masks keep their shape over multiple washings.

Here’s how to wash your Wendle mask:

Gently wash by hand in warm soapy water (being careful not to damage the nose wire)

OR

Pop your masks in a laundry bag and throw in with your regular wash in the washing machine.

Masks will dry overnight indoors, but the best method is outdoors in the sunshine to take advantage of the suns natural antibacterial UV. rays. Tumble drying is NOT recommended due to nose wire and elastic ear loops.

A hot steamy iron is recommended to keep your mask looking crisp, but make sure you avoid ironing over the ear loops.
