Tonight we welcomed our local CFA brigades for a familiarisation tour at Legacy Packing.

It was a great opportunity to discuss the site and get their feedback but importantly, it ensures that in the event of an emergency, there are another 30 local responders who know where to go and how to access the systems.

Tonight we shining a spotlight on JBI Electrical.

is a locally based electrical specialist currently engaged by to complete the wiring and electrical works for our new Commit To Pack (CTP) and Pre Grade fruit production lines.

It’s been great to have COOLROOM CARPENTERS back onsite and involved in our biggest project yet.

With a long-standing partnership with Legacy Packing, Brad and the team brought valuable site knowledge, consistency, and a collaborative approach across every stage of the build.

The team have been working on temperature controlled server rooms for the new grading system, an office relocation and new loading dock fitout.

A fantastic team to work with and a great outcome.

Next stage of the journey 🍋 Carton Handling 📦

After putting our own fruit through the infeed, we’ve now moved further down the line — testing carton handling from the pack tables.

It’s all about consistency, flow and ensuring the system supports packing efficiency without compromising fruit quality.

Plenty still to refine, but the line is starting to do what it was built for.
