Each week I am going to show case one of our brands that we offers so you have an insight to the swimwear and its uses

Good afternoon everyone, I don't know about you but I am definitely over Winter and seriously looking forward to some heat.
Slowly but surely new goodies are starting to trickle in, some new Sunflair and Sunflair / Opera /Sunmarin / Olympia Swimwear and Beachfashion Australia, Genevieve pants and one pieces and Artesands.
I will be away for 2 weeks , but have a lovely friend looking after the shop for me until I return on the 2nd September.

Leading the charge is former Wollongong-based business owner Karen Lepard.

A former nurse, Karen began her retail journey in 2010 when she purchased Cossies R Us. For over 15 years, she has been fitting ladies of all ages, sizes, and health needs with some of the best swimwear on the market.
Her clients speak highly of her warm personality, expert eye for design and colour, and knack for perfect sizing. As they say down south: Wollongong’s loss is Ipswich’s gain.

Karen’s nursing background earlier in her working life, combined with updated training from Breast Care Specialist fitters from Amoena Australia, has equipped her to offer specialised fittings and thoughtfully selected swimwear for women with a range of needs.

She also stocks swim-form prostheses as part of her inclusive approach to customer care – ensuring every woman feels comfortable, confident and stylish post surgery.

“We stock sizes from 8 to 28,” Karen said
“And we carry the same wide range of cup sizes from B to G"

Her range acknowledges that no two bodies are the same. Drop into the boutique and you’ll find one-pieces, tankinis, bikinis, separates, and even full-length swimsuits with hoods, think swimming on The Barrier Reef or just full Sun protection or merely head to toe coverage.

Karen recently fitted a customer with a full-length suit for an Amazon river cruise – it was perfect for insect protection!

But no matter the style, Karen’s advice remains consistent:

Good afternoon, all. I have just received a new shipment from Genevieve Australia, featuring sizes 10-28 in navy blue 'not so cheeky' shorts, shown below, along with a rash vest (not in stock) and black bike shorts, sizes 10-30. These shorts are chlorine-resistant, making them great for Aqua and general swimming in chlorinated pools.
Plus, this beautiful one piece chlorine-resistant surf suit in size 12 to 20 with pockets for a prosthesis

Welcome back, everyone. What a journey this has been over the past four months.
From Wollongong to Ipswich, from established shop to empty shop, and with some illness thrown in, it has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride.
However, we are now fully up and running. Still, as usual, Winter has always been a challenging time until the beautiful sunny weather returns and everyone needs a new swimsuit for spring and beyond.
We are here to provide sizes 8-28
Cossies R Us has been serving women and girls all over NSW and now Qld and beyond, with their swimwear needs for the last 40+ years.

We are a dedicated business with specialist fitters who strive to meet your every need with your swimwear, fashion and accessory needs. We still continue to specialize in chlorine-resistant, Fashion, Post Surgery, Sport orientated swimwear in ladies size 8-30 and cup sizes A to G. We also carry board shorts, rash vests and sarongs to wear over your swimwear.

We stock a large range of swimwear and fashion accessories such as Kaftans up to XXL, Dresses, Hats, Sunglasses, Towels, Swim Caps, Goggles and “Suit Saver”, a concentrated solution that removes the chlorine from your swimwear fabric to enable your swimwear to last even longer and remove the odour of chlorine.
