Yesterday … part 2 … Getting it done … took me 16 hours … but I can see the floor, reality of that is finding all the paperwork that reminded me of all the bills to pay 😂🤣 and your the boss, manager, head of PR, HR,PA, Content creator, employee, admin, scheduling. All while trying keep a reasonable work/life balance, chief cook, cleaner, wife, mum and NDIS self managed lackie 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s no wonder I’m trying to survive on 3 hours of sleep a day🤪😝😂 At least the office is back under control☺️ Back to Sydney today for some networking with BC nurses & BC clients.

On the road to today. Can you believe it’s almost spring already, fields of Canola are 👌What an awesome little town, I was happy to have a little extra time up my sleeve to check out the Main Street. Do yourselves a favour … sidewalk coffee shop, lovely boutiques… had to spend a few dollars supporting little independent retailers … it’s tough I know, but someone has to do it😉 in my excitement, I forgot to take a photo of the beautiful historical buildings, the post office (photo credit to Google search) and … my favourite the old Cobb & Co Coach House 😍😍 again, so caught up in the moment … forgot the photo 🤦🏻‍♀️my next visit is in a week or two … so I plan to have a bit more time to enjoy the town and of course coffee Let me know if you’d like me to pop into see you on my way through.

On a very cold and dreary day, I headed to Young & Temora. Hopefully bringing a little joy to someone along the way. I fitted 5 lovely ladies sadly we had a couple of cancellations due to health and family issues. Out near Temora a family is suffering with the loss of a young man’s life. The whole community is affected by tragedies like these. It really does bring life into perspective. Let’s make the effort to show kindness to those around us. We just don’t know what people are dealing with. Remember the important things in life, ironically they are not things, they’re people, our nearest and dearest. Our thoughts, hearts and prayers are with those suffering the loss of loved ones 💔💔💔

Travelling throughout NSW & parts of it still amazes me how many Breast Cancer Warriors are still so under represented . And also scarily so … unaware of the rebate for the breast prosthetics of up to $400 per breast prosthetic every two years. The scheme is best taken advantage of when you have been diagnosed with breast cancer, and who have not had enough time to process all the things after the diagnosis and treatment options going forward. You really should consider the freedom that comes with wearing a breast prosthetic. It gives you the option of time, time to process all the feelings and emotions that come with a breast cancer diagnosis. You should not be feeling pressured into making a decision about whether to have reconstruction or going flat before you’ve had the time to fully consider YOUR options. Your body needs time to heal after any surgery, especially breast surgery, if you have any doubt, remember that this is your CHOICE.
