This Sunday! ๐๐๐ฉณ๐๐ ๐งข
The community response to all those affected by the recent Wooroloo & Hills bushfires has been overwhelming.
The Royal Agricultural Society of WA would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who dropped donations at the Showground last week. The support & generosity demonstrated not only by those who donated, but by a committed group of volunteers who have given their time to sort through the donations has been remarkable. As a result, families who were directly impacted by the fires have already received much needed goods through RASWA. Their thanks and gratitude have been incredibly heartening.
Given the significant amount of items remaining, RASWA is holding a โBushfire Warehouse Saleโ which will be open to the public on Sunday, 21st February from 10am till 2pm in the Jim Webster Pavilion at the Claremont Showground, free entry & car parking through Gate 1. A huge range of pre-loved, books, toys, games, clothing and items of furniture will be available for purchase at incredibly low prices.
100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Lord Mayorโs Disaster Relief Fund 2021 which will provide ongoing financial support to those directly affected by the fires.
