More embroidery from last few weeks

Evies embroidery is done with holographic thread, which does NOT do any justice on camera, it's so sparkly ✨️

Now this is a job I definitely under estimated 😅

A memory blanket, full of a customers precious baby clothing, hospital blankets and favourite comforters

I could NOT cut the baby clothing, so I decided to stitch them whole onto the blanket, I left as many little buttons and pockets as I could, because they just add something extra to the blanket. I left the comforters whole as well, because they are special. The hearts are made up from bibs I patchworked together and finished off with embroidery of kids names and birth dates on their hospital blankets 🥰

This project took me 14 hours total, 3 broken needles, 1 broken sewing machine (thank you to my sister in law for being home sick and letting me use hers 😂) my machine had a tantrum and ate a shirt and the fluffy back fabric, causing a huge hole (it was already all stitched together, so I fixed it as best I could) but this resulted in the borders then being crocked 🙃

Apart from all that, this blanket is amazing! It's filled with so many life long memories for this family and I hope they love it as much as I do 🥰

Teachers Christmas gifts for the year 🎄

Bowl cozys, these are microwave safe and keep your hands safe from hot bowls, these were each paired with a box of favourites

Like always, the boys picked the fabrics for each teacher. My oldest actually gifted 1 of his to the principal because "she misses out on gifts because she's not a teacher" 🥰
