Spaghetti N Noodles: behind the scenes. I focused on celebrating Darwin’s vibrant tropical foliage, locally available produce, and curating and styling the sets to best showcase some of the territory’s chefs, cooks, and producers. So excited to finally be able to share one of the amazing projects I worked on throughout 2021 and 2022: ‘Spaghetti N Noodles’. Spaghetti N Noodles is out now on SBS on demand, where you can view all 12 Episodes (link below).

It was an absolute pleasure to work as Set Designer and Dresser for TAV Productions, and to work with Chef Adam Swanston, and some of our incredible NT chefs, cooks, and producers.

A vibrant and tropical resort style corporate suite created and styled for Jaytex Construction for the Darwin Cup!

A stunning tropical ceiling instillation and large earthenware urns on plinths showcased an amazing array of colorful tropical flora in all their glory. These, in combination with natural timber, rattan, mirrors, linen furniture, and gold accents, were used to make the room feel warm, tropical, cohesive, and inviting.
