BrightEyes has been in business since 1985 with a retail offering that is second to none. We are looking for a pro-active Senior Sales Assistants who will be able to demonstrate outstanding retail selling skills in this competitive fashion environment.

This is a full-time role for a pro-active Senior Sales Assistant across our Darwin stores. If you love to look fashionable whilst embracing the great Australian outdoor & recreation lifestyle. This job very rewarding however to be successful you will need to be available to work public holidays, weekends, and some late nights. Previous experience in Retail Sunglasses would also be advantageous but, not essential as ongoing product training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Qualifications & experience required to perform the role:
• Consultative selling skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Has a great work ethic & comes to work ready to assist all customers
• Has a strong commitment towards achieving sales and self-improvement
• Loves the thrill of making sales & meeting sales targets

• providing and for impeccable store presentation.

The Role
We have role for a pro-active Senior Sales Assistants who loves to look fashionable whilst embracing the great Australian outdoor & recreation lifestyle.

This role is Full Time, working between our 3 Darwin stores, no day will be the same.

This job is very rewarding however to be successful you will need to be a permanent resident and live in Darwin; and be available for work public holidays, weekends and some late nights.

About You
Are you Passionate about providing an excellent in-store customer experience and impeccable store presentation?

We are looking for someone who:
• Loves the thrill of making sales and meeting sales targets?
• Has Consultative Selling Skills;
• Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior sales or store managers role;
• Has a great work ethic an comes to work ready to assist all customers;
• Has a Strong commitment towards achieving sales and self-improvement?
