Whether it be motorbikes, surfing, skydiving or anything dangerous, that adrenaline rush is gonna be addictive. Trust me, during my darkest and loneliest times, doing something that brought out that adrenaline kept the demons from creeping into my head - it kept me alive. I know it may sound counterintuitive but doing something that put my life at risk helped keep me alive.
