Theme ‘Four Seasons’

The collection has 13 overlay mosaic crochet motifs to choose from, with 8 of the motifs completely free. All 13 motifs use a 48-stitch repeat, so everything fits nicely together regardless of which combination you choose.

My contribution to this MAL is two of the winter designs, the Cosy Winter Mittens (free Pattern) and the Cosy Beanie and Scarf ( part of the paid complete bundle).

The British Country Garden CAL

The British Country Garden CAL hosted by Elimee Designs, is a year long project, which gives new a pattern each month to reflect a different flower of a British country garden.

The section I have created is for the month of October. For my section I chose the pansy as it represents thoughtfulness, remembrance, and loving affection.

In Roman and Greek mythology, the pansy is linked to deities of love (like Cupid and Venus) and represents platonic love, romantic admiration, and deep attachment.

Each pansy colour also has representation:

* White: Innocence, spirituality, and purity.

* Yellow: Joy, happiness, and positive energy.

* Purple/Deep Blue: Royalty, majesty, and deep appreciation.

* Dark Colors: Deep longing, nostalgia, and sorrow

All the patterns are in Overlay Mosaic Crochet, where you work one row and one colour at a time.

The CAL runs for the entire year of 2026. New sections of the blanket are released on the 1st of every month.
