Some buildings have lived a few lives.
Ours has seen a fair bit over the years. Long before leather bags lined the shelves, the building was home to Elderfield Wood Butchery, where generations of Evandale locals wandered in for the evening roast and, quite possibly, a little gossip while they were there.
We rather like the idea that the building is still doing what it has always done best... welcoming people through the front door.

There are buildings that simply exist. Then there are buildings that become part of a town. Our Evandale store falls rather firmly into the second category.
