Hi everyone,

I’m absolutely gutted to tell you I’ve had to pull out of today’s market at the last minute. Today has turned into a full-blown family emergency. I had support workers booked for both this afternoon and this morning so I could get everything ready and be there with you all. Both shifts cancelled. One this afternoon, and then the second one right as it was due to start this morning. I’ve spent hours desperately trying to replace them and couldn’t find anyone. After an urgent therapy run with all four kids, my autistic son went into a severe meltdown that’s still happening now. I’m having to physically hold and keep him (and my baby) safe, with no other help at home.

I was completely packed, stocked up, and so excited to see you all.

I’m so sorry to anyone who was planning to come say hi or pick something up. Please still head down and show some love to Humble Merchant and all the other amazing stallholders. They’ll be thrilled to see you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your understanding. Your support, especially on days like today, means more than you’ll ever know.

We're playing catch up! And that's okay. We have a home day today, and we're making plans to catch up. This one we're super excited about 🥰
Edan loves craft, but he also gets overwhelmed by craft. So we're giving him as much time as he needs. And when he's done, it will be such an achievement.

Grapat Advent Calendar Day 5

It's okay to miss a day ♡♡ (or a few days).

We're on catch up. My biggest baby turned 15yo on Saturday, so the weekend was a bit busy. And on Friday, we had a day of chaos and cancellations. Refusal of Edan to attend therapies. It was a day. Then my little ASD pdaer, who very much *wants* to participate in the activities, couldn't make his body participate. But didn't want me to do any days without him. So we're now running on pda schedule. Yesterday, he could cope with opening everything. But not with completing the activities... yet. We started. But the needle was giving us stink. So we stopped. I'll find a better needle, and we'll come back to Day 5 today.

For the Mamas with the tricky extra work, but wonderfully lovely get there in the end kids, I see you. We can do it! We'll come back for the finished result when we can.

Christmas trade is almost at an end for us.

We will close for last orders at the end of next week. I'm then taking my hubby back to our favourite farm stay for his 40th birthday ♡♡

I'll stick around online, sharing. But we will take a break from packing and sales. I'm looking forward to a few weeks more of cuddling my babies, baby gazing and beach trips. It's been a wild few months working Christmas trade with a tiny baby moving through their milestones. Especially the abstaining from sleep stage we've been in this past fortnight 😴

I'm thrilled for all of the magical memories about to unfold in each of your homes. Thank you for making us a part of that. Thoughtfully choosing your gifts from my store. I wish you much play, much joy and lots of still, simple, beautiful moments with your children over the holidays.

Grapat Advent Calendar from ALL FOUR YEARS OF PRODUCTION.

Okay, we will have all four years. But for now, it's three as we've misplaced the first few days of our 2022 Calendar 😅

If we find them, we will revisit the days we missed.

This is day 1 and 2 of 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Each day has a book with beautiful traditions and activities you can choose to participate in. Or you can just enjoy the lovely toys. Or choose to come back and revisit the ideas when you have more time over the holidays or through the year.
