Insideout Clothing and Footwear has been operating in Main Street Foster since July 2006 but our store has been supplying clothing and footwear to Foster and surrounds for well over 50 years. In 2023 we re-located to a new premises which allowed us to combine both our clothing and footwear ranges. In our new store at 19 Main st, you will find a large range of clothing and footwear for ladies, mens

and children. We stock the basics like socks and underwear, casual co-ordinates like jeans and T’shirts through to dress shirts and ties. Our footwear range includes a large offering of Asics and New Balance, plus a wide range of leather and synthetic footwear for fashion, or everyday wear. We are constantly sourcing new products to cater for the every changing needs in the fashion world. At Insideout Clothing and Footwear we pride ourselves on having fun and doing things differently and genuinely love to help customers find that special item to complete their wardrobe.

Eight months overdue, but we finally got to celebrate Christmas 2025 with our beautiful team — and decided to kill two birds with one stone and celebrate our 20th birthday while we were at it!
We spent a gorgeous Sunday at Gurney’s, enjoying a tour and tasting while taking in those incredible views across the Prom. How lucky are we to have something this special right here in our own backyard?
Mostly, though, it was just lovely to step away from the shop, share a few laughs and enjoy some time together outside of work. We don’t get to spend many weekends together, so when we do, it’s always a treat.
Feeling very grateful for this lovely group of women and the day we shared. The Christmas celebration may have been a little late, but it was definitely worth the wait.

At the top of everyone’s list when it comes to a good boot? Comfort.

This boot might not be flashy or distinctive in its design, but it’s the kind of boot that gets people pulling it on, followed by a genuine look of surprise — or sometimes relief — and the words:

Fresh from Lorna Jane — and while the hoodie is doing a pretty good job of looking effortlessly cool, it’s the leggings that have really caught our attention.
Flare leggings are making a comeback, and we’re loving this take on the trend. The flattering wide hem and flat waistband give them a great shape, but it’s the fabric that really sets these apart.
These are made from a luscious thermal fleece that’s 48% warmer than Lorna Jane’s regular fabrics. Soft, cosy and made for those seriously chilly mornings.
And then there’s the colour… Shadow. A beautiful soft blue grey that gives you an alternative to the endless sea of black leggings, while still being ridiculously easy to wear.
So yes, the flare is having a moment. But warm, fleecy and not black? Now that’s something we can get excited about.

It was so much fun reading all your guesses about what brand was making its way back to Insideout. My favourite suggestion had to be leg warmers... and while it's not quite leg warmers, they will keep your legs warm.
