The typical MOQ for a quality custom bag is 500–1,000 units. Here's what that actually means for your business:

✅ Per-unit cost drops significantly with volume — your 500th bag is cheaper than your 50th.

Blackjack Wines in Harcourt, Victoria is one of our longest-standing clients — and one I genuinely love working with.

Ten years ago this month, I bought a bag business.

I want to be clear: I did not set out to become The Bag Lady. I'm not entirely sure anyone does. But here we are!

Here's what I didn't know ten years ago that I know now:
— The weight difference between a 70gsm and a 120gsm bag matters enormously.
— Customs clearance is not for the faint-hearted.
— Full container loads packed to the brim are what we are after — no-one wants to pay to ship air!
— A reusable bag genuinely can last years, and seeing one of ours still going strong somewhere gives me an unreasonable amount of joy.
— Building relationships with clients is the whole job. Everything else is logistics.

Hot take from someone who has spent 10 years thinking about bags way too much:
