Pure Gen X 😎

This was one of the 1st ever kids tv shows I remember seeing in colour!!

Super cute original The Magic Roundabout light shade. 
All the original 1965 - 1977 gang are here…
Florence, Dougal, Zebedee, Ermintrude, Dylan, Brian, Mr. McHenry, Rosalie and Mr. Rusty

This shade was manufactured in 1974.
Made from white plastic, metal fittings and fits a standard ceiling fixing.
Best used with cool touch/low wattage LED bulb.
Dylan, the rabbit, does have a repair to the base of his section but this does not affect look or use.

Framed with the classic late 80’s mid 90’s frame with the two tone finish cream lacquered border with a gold inner lip.

There is a tiny section that has the gold rubbed off as show but this is not very noticeable and could easily be touched up if you require.

🧡💛1st bloom💛🧡

Day off… hummmm 🤔 no such thing, right? 😂

Busy morning doing your laundry 🤭 aka more pieces for the shop 😅
Then unpacking and cleaning more decor treasures.
Sorting the recycling and the 🚫red bin.
3rd gallon of coffee, it’s still before 12pm cut off time 🤓
Cleaning n pottering around the house as treasures and laundry dry.
Watering house plants… and through the window I spy my 1st back garden bloom next to the patio 💛🧡
Glowing perfectly and still glinting with morning dew.

It’s the little things right 😉

🌸Spring is blooming🌸

Yes I know it just rained in Freo but springtime is almost here.

First crafted in 1743 by Capodimonte porcelain, these porcelain floral displays became the must have decor piece in any home.
Colour tones have changed over the years and this soft, pastel shaded piece was super popular from the 1950’s through the 1980’s.
I was told this piece dates mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
They fell out of favour due to being very ‘old fashioned’ but these are making a steady comeback due to the nostalgic and smart 😉 interior design trend of ‘granny chic’ 👵🏻

Crafted from porcelain this piece does have a few nibbles and some long ago repaired cracks but it still displays beautifully.
This is a very heavy piece, 4kg+ and stands approximately 27 high and 36cm wide.
Price reflects nibbles etc

🖤1950 - 1960’s German Scheurich 517/38 Golden Blume vase.
Cream flowers edged in gold on a glossy black background.

💙Made in Turkey iridescent blue oyster shell bowl. Shown on display stand
and look how it changes colour 😍but has 3 feet so it can be used as a bowl.

💛Crackle art glass vase.
Sea greens, sunset yellows and orange.

💚1960 - 1970’s Czech Bohemian glass centrepiece bowl.
Dark green foot fading upwards with bands of gold and a textured etched lace detailing.

🧡1960 - 1970’s Empoli Italy iridescent decanter.
Almost a peach lustre to this classic design.

Art deco displays MCM

Classic Beswick Ware England 1930’s fruit bowl.
Decorated with applied twisted rope effect handles that are adorned with moulded flowers.
A mottled soft green, orange and cream glaze covers the entire bowl.
