Finally finished the red quilt and decided to take my embroidery machine out of the cobwebs. Love this pattern. Time Emmy had a new towel!! Any excuse!!

I finally have this beautiful but challenging quilt on my Gammill Statler. Not a difficult quilt to make but very repeatative. The pattern I am using is called simple feather meander. Brings it together perfectly. Should be on your bed in time for those harsh Southland winters Silvia.

After a mamoth task and several production lines I have finally finshed the blocks to start assembling this beautiful quilt!! 48 of these blocks!!

A beautiful quilt with amazing hand embroidery was a pleasure to quilt. A simple edge to edge pattern (hearts and flowers) and I cut out the embroidery blocks and simply stitched in the ditch around each one. Amazing how the quilting just adds that finishing touch and turns a beautiful quilt into a lasting treasure.
