Hi all, it is with a pang of sadness, and also with excitement that I let you know that I am closing the bricks-and-mortar store of Sew Many Fabrics and going online.

The final trading day at Sew Many Fabrics 122 Bourke St Glen Innes, will be this Friday 30 June 2023.

I have always wanted my own fabric store since learning about fabrics back in the 1980's at an old fashioned drapery store in Cairns called Harris Bros. It is however a new century and the vast majority of my customers are not local or walk in trade.

I have achieved this dream and am now taking it to a different place. I also need more flexibility to spend time with my family and not be worried about a store.

I am also quite excited to have time to complete some embroidery, crochet and other design projects that will match up with my fabric offerings on the website, and running Crochet Alongs.

I will be keeping this page open and will let you know when the website is up and running.
