Happy 6th Heavenly Birthday to our little girl, Reef. 🌸🤍

Six years have passed, yet there isn’t a single day that you aren’t part of our lives. We still say your name. We still celebrate you. We still love you with every piece of our hearts.

How incredible are women? 🤍

When people talk about strength or being strong, so often the image that comes to mind is a man. But my goodness, there is no strength quite like watching a woman bring a child into this world.

To carry a baby for months, to endure the pain, the fear, the exhaustion, and still find the power to keep going is something truly remarkable. Birth strips everything back and reveals a kind of courage, resilience, and love that is impossible to put into words.

Watching a woman give birth changes you. It makes you realise that women are not only strong they are capable, selfless, determined, and absolutely extraordinary.

The world runs on the quiet strength of women, and witnessing that firsthand is one of the greatest privileges there is. 🤍

What do you mean this time last year he was just a name in the notes app on my phone?

Just a tiny collection of letters I kept typing over and over, wondering if I’d ever get to say them out loud. So much hope in my heart, but also feeling completely defeated after everything we’d been through.

I loved him long before he existed.

I dreamed about who he would be, what he would look like, how our family would feel with him in it. Some days I held onto faith with everything I had, and other days I wondered if this chapter would ever be ours.
