BUILT FOR A LIFE OUT THERE.

Meet Mike Reaume — Co-Founder of Backcountry Skinz and the guy behind so much of what happens when nobody’s watching.

The logistics. The inventory. The fulfillment. The shipping. Mike is the guy making sure your Skinz get packed, shipped and delivered to your door.

But Mike built this business for more than just work.

Every summer, he packs up his family and takes life into the backcountry — camping, exploring BC, chasing wild fish and staying connected to the passion that helped inspire Backcountry Skinz in the first place.

The digital world has its pros and cons, but one of its greatest advantages is freedom. With Starlink and a laptop, Mike can run his side of Backcountry Skinz from a campsite deep in the mountains — managing logistics, solving problems and keeping the wheels turning — then close the screen and step right back into the wild with his family.

Because success was never supposed to mean spending more time inside.

It was supposed to create the freedom to live closer to the places that make you feel alive.
