I pay $60 a month for crosslisting software, and the feature getting me excited is… a calendar 😂📅

I’m testing Shopfront and spending time on live calls with the team to understand how it fits into my reselling routine.

The calendar is one feature I actually love. I can see when listings go live, schedule ahead, set automatic relisting intervals and configure price drops with a minimum selling price.

Upcoming relists appear on the calendar too. Weeks of listing activity planned ahead? You have my attention.

Still learning the rest, still paying my subscription, and still figuring out what earns its keep. This diary will cover the useful bits, the limitations and the lessons along the way.

Apparently “I select that every time” isn’t the same as checking 😂

When I create an eBay listing, I select a 3% promotion rate—sometimes higher if it’s been sitting for a while.

So I assumed they were all included. Then I checked across ALL my active campaigns…

575 active listings.
482 promoted.
93 missing from my campaigns. 👀

I don’t know what caused the gap. I’ve since bulk edited my listings to apply my usual 3% across the board.

This isn’t me saying everyone needs to promote, or that 3% guarantees sales. But if you already use promotions, check that your listings and ad rates match what you intended.

Another little admin job I thought I had covered. Love that for me.

Has the Vinted honeymoon ended… or are we just missing free postage? 😂📦

A $5 bargain hits a little differently once postage and buyer fees join the party.

I’m still seeing UK shipping around $11.50, so there are tempting finds out there. But are we buying overseas bangers while our own listings collect favourites? 👀

I’m curious what’s happening for other Australian resellers. Have your Vinted sales slowed since free postage ended, or are you still packing orders?

And are eBay and Depop picking up for you—or is it quiet everywhere?

My bet is Vinted’s here to stay, but that launch rush might not be our everyday reality.

Depop shipping is coming to Australia 📦 and the reseller group chats are BUSY 😂

Automatic labels, tracking sorted and no buying postage separately? I can see the appeal.

But I also get why sellers using MyPost Business discounts aren’t thrilled. Fewer parcels through your own account could affect your band—and potentially the cost of shipping your other sales too.

My first thought was that saving processing fees on postage might balance out some of the lost discount. Except… Depop currently lists shipping as INCLUDED in those fees. So that saving is hypothetical until they confirm otherwise.

I’m keeping the calculator handy before calling this a win 😂 I want to see the actual postage rates, what buyers pay and what lands in my account.
