🤍 Why Is There an Exchange Fee? 🤍

We often get asked why we charge an exchange fee, so we wanted to explain!

When you bring items in for exchange, each piece needs to be individually assessed, sorted, checked for quality, priced, tagged, steamed if needed, and displayed in-store. The exchange fee helps cover the time and costs involved in preparing your items for resale.

The fee allows us to:
✨ Carefully assess every item
✨ Process and price clothing
✨ Keep the store organised and stocked
✨ Continue offering a credit-based exchange system

Our goal is to make exchanging simple and worthwhile for families while keeping quality clothing affordable and in circulation.

Even after the exchange fee, many customers receive significantly more in store credits than they would through the time and effort of selling items individually.

🤍 How Do Credits Work? 🤍

We've had lots of questions about our credit system, so here's a simple explanation!

1. Bring in your clean, quality baby and children's clothing (sizes 00000–5 years).

2. We assess each item based on brand, condition, style, and current demand.

3. You'll receive store credits for accepted items.

4. 1 Credit = $1 to spend in-store.

5. Use your credits whenever you'd like on anything in the shop. (Except on sale promos)

✨ Credits don't expire.
✨ You don't need to spend them all at once.
✨ Credits can be saved and used over multiple visits.

Example: If your accepted items earn you 35 credits, you'll have $35 to spend in-store. If you only spend $20, you'll still have 15 credits remaining for next time.

It's a great way to clear out clothes your little ones have outgrown and refresh their wardrobe for less! 🌱

What a great first day of trade! 🤍

A huge thank you to all the lovely customers who came in to visit and exchange with us today. It was so wonderful to meet everyone and see so many exchanges already coming through the doors!

Thank you for your patience and support while I continue to learn and fine-tune the process. Your encouragement means so much.
