Tess and I are desperately trying to come to terms with the fact that we bought the same dress two seasons in a row🙄. Jesus. I never said I was successful in business. That being said it’s a beautiful dress and now we love and embrace red, all the time.

Scratch that. Lessons on how not to run a small business.
1. Think you’re making money
2. Buy according to your inflated idea of money earnt
3. Having to have a clearance rack to fit new season stock because you haven’t sold the full price past season stock
4. Have a sale after stocktake so your stock quantities are totally inflated
5. Think that having an after stocktake sale is a good idea
6. Be surprised that you ordered new stock 12 months ago
7. Go in to business
