How do you know when it’s time to replace your running shoes?

Most running shoes last around 600-800 km, but the lifespan really depends on how you use them. Worn tread, flattened cushioning and new aches or pains are all signs your running shoes may no longer be providing the support you need.

Not sure if your shoes are due for an upgrade? Bring them into store and we’ll happily asses them.
