✈️ Last week we travelled to Sydney for an industry event with Panache Lingerie.

These events are always so valuable for our team, combining product education with the opportunity to see upcoming styles on body.

Do I have to run on a treadmill during a Sports Bra fitting?

We get asked this all the time and the answer is no, not unless you want to.

Our treadmill wear-test is completely optional, but it can be incredibly helpful if you want to see how your Sports Bra supports you while you move.

Because while a bra might feel fine standing still in the change room, movement can tell us a lot more.

That said, there is still so much value in having an expert fit you properly, explain what to look for, and recommend Sports Bra options based on your shape, size and the type of activity you’re doing.

Whether you run, walk, lift, ride, play sport or simply want more support day to day, we’re here to help you find a bra that actually works for you.
