Our very popular Mud Kitchens help to enable creative and transformative learning by allowing children to use their imagination to transform mud, sand ,leaves, ect into ‘foods’ (We recommend pretend eating when offered these creative meals made by your child) As well as messy play, Mud Kitchens allow learners to have meaningful exchanges to produce their mudslides into creations which initiates
one of the prime areas of learning, Communication & language. It’s also a great addition to improve sensory skills through touching mud, sand, leaves whatever your child’s imagination chooses to use to create such fun! All of our kitchens come with working pump taps! Kids simply pump the tap to have water fill their basin. The water is pumped from the bucket below the basin,if you wish for your child to not be playing with water simply leave the bucket below dry (buckets are included with every kitchen)
We offer a fun additional $30 feature to our kitchens which are our side water walls which deposit the water you no longer want to use down the pipes into a planter box teaching kids the benefits of recycling please inquire when discussing your design. All our kitchens are sealed with marine grade outdoor weather protection ,we give each kitchen two applications of this and finished with a clear top coat. WE USE ALL AND ONLY CHILD SAFE products when building for kids! We have worked with many Kindergartens and child-cares within and out of Melbourne and we ensure that all kitchens built meet school policy requirements. We also custom build kitchens with wheelchair access and can accommodate each child with any additional modifications needed so every child can enjoy having a mud kitchen

Everything we build is made from new and recycled hardwood timbers and other reclaimed materials to create a authentic and durable that are one of a kind pieces, not mass produced in a factory. With a mud kitchen in your garden you don’t need many resources to make sure your children are having a great time. Plants, sand, flowers and twigs found in nature are enough! Mud kitchens develop motor skills and coordination, are amazing for sensory play and encourage children to spend more time outdoors. We generally ask for two weeks to complete your kids kitchen however if your needing a kitchen made sooner please always ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Once we have quoted and designed your mud kitchen and your ready to place order we do ask for a 50% deposit, this can be made by cash , bank transfer or through pay pal. NDIS Invoice’s available.
