π A KIND REMINDER ABOUT CONTACTING LA MODISTA AUSTRALIA
Dear valued clients,
I would just like to share a gentle reminder, especially for those who are new to La Modista Australia, regarding the best way to contact me.
Please understand that I do not operate as a traditional shop with staff available to answer the phone at all times. La Modista Australia is a one-woman business. I don't have a receptionist, assistant, or other staff member to answer calls or messages on my behalf.
If you call and I am unable to answer, it is most likely because I am with another client, conducting a fitting, pinning a garment, or working on alterations. When a client is in my premises, I believe they deserve my full attention and service, just as you will receive my full attention when it is your appointment.
At the moment, I am also receiving a very high volume of enquiries, and I sincerely appreciate your patience while I work through them.
Behind La Modista Australia is just one person trying to manage everything. If I'm not sewing, I'm serving clients. And when I'm not doing either of those, I'm also a mum taking care of my family and managing everyday commitments... from school drop-offs and pick-ups to errands, appointments, household responsibilities, health issues and everything in between.
I genuinely try my best to respond to everyone as soon as I possibly can. π
For those who are new to my services, I kindly encourage you to visit my website, where you will find information about my services and how my business operates, including the fact that I do not operate as a shop in the traditional sense.
π If I miss your call, please send me a text message.
I also try to listen to voicemails in between fittings and appointments, but with the current volume of enquiries, I sincerely apologise if I occasionally miss some.
The best ways to contact me are:
- Facebook Messenger
- SMS/Text Message
- Email through the contact form on my website
Written messages are much easier for me to respond to when I have a moment between clients, sewing and family commitments. They also allow me to go back and check the details of your enquiry when needed.
Please know that a missed call or delayed response does not mean that your enquiry is unimportant or that I am ignoring you. Sometimes, there simply aren't enough hours in the day for one person to do everything at once.
Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and for respecting the way my small business operates. Every enquiry, appointment and client is genuinely appreciated.π
Sincerely,
Valerie
