As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store — delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
✨ Processing sales through the POS system accurately and ✨ efficiently
✨Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain a tidy and visually appealing store
✨Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
✨Working as part of a team to meet store targets and goals
✨ Learning product knowledge to confidently recommend items to customers
✨Operating multi-head and single head embroidery machines

✨Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn

✨ Ability to work well in a team, follow instructions and work independently

✨Good time management and ability to work to daily production targets

✨ Previous embroidery experience is desirable but not essential
