Absolute pleasure to be invited to do a massage class with an Arabic mums group as part of Peaceful Birth Partnership Lovely session with mixed aged children and reminds me how much I love baby massage for bonding with baby 😍💕

Although I don’t run regular classes at moment (life too busy!) I’m always keen to hear opportunities to support new mums and bubs through community groups or 1:1 so please feel free to reach out 💕💕

Breastfeeding week…making a difference for working parents 💕
I’m so very lucky that bf was easy for me with both my girls but now being back in work, continuing that now has only be possible by a supportive work place ensuring and encourage me to have a place and time to pump 💕
And still it’s SO very hard to keep up demand and balance getting the work done 💕🤯Hope all mums are supported to feed as they wish 💕

Super excited to be bring the girls to the KidsFest Shellharbour event at Green Connect farm tomorrow in Warrawong! It’s an inspirational farm with animals, veggies and lots of extra fun activities for the day! Still tickets left if want to join! 🐷🥬🥾👩‍🌾

Had the pleasure of doing an intro to baby massage class with my mothers group and it was so lovely to see the bubbas enjoy it and chat together 💕👣

Should I do more in person or online again that’s the question ?!

A little late (but hey I am a mum and late for everythin!!!) but happy Mother’s Day to all the awesome mums I’ve had in my class and beyond! It’s a funny day, celebrating something you do everyday but hope you all felt loved and appreciated xx and special thoughts to those missing their own mums at this time 💕💕💕

We finally got the chance to go the Wildhood bush playgroup today and it was so beautiful! Lots of play invitations and an exploration to the creek with lots of risky play it was just amazing! Based in Wollongong but with Shellharbour opening soon!

Time to take a break from Baby Massage to prepare for our new arrival 🥰

I’ll still post some resources for new mums in Illawarra as I’ll now be starting this journey here but all classes on hold till least April next year 💕👣

Thank you to all the lovely mums who have joined my class this year…I’ve loved every moment of it and excited to try baby massage on my bubs 💕💕

3 super simple ways of you want to baby play this Halloween 🎃

🎃 Paint the babies bum and sit on page and we’ve a bumpkin 🤣🤣 still makes my family laugh and cringe but great memory 😝

🕷 some sticky tape over a container and some cool and creepy animals inside…great for fine motor

🎨 Painting pumpkin and not forgetting all the gorgeous slime inside great for sensory!
