Ethan has put in the hard work and has qualified for one of Australia’s Premier CrossFit Events the Down Under Championships held in Wollongong from November 18th-20th.

To even qualify for this event is an awesome achievement! And to help celebrate the hard work and dedication Ethan has put in with his training while doing a full time apprenticeship, we have designed a Supporter Tee which Proceeds will go to help Ethan Pay for Rego, Accommodation, Food and Petrol (we know how expensive that is) for the competition!

It would be good to see as many people as possible wearing this shirt in Wollongong and around the traps (maybe even a random on a skateboard one day)…

Over the weekend we had another successful stall at Nepean CrossFit for the NSW teams qualifiers!

He is hard working, determined, humble, modest, all with a splash of sass! Pretty much the type of person the modest jerk as a whole would drop everything and do anything for!

In saying that when mentioned doing fund raising/supporter Tee’s to help Mitch out a little bit financially for I jumped at the chance!

Thank you to the & communities for your overwhelming response in purchasing a shirt for Mitch you guys are amazing!!!

A special mention and thanks to for organising the side of things!!! You are a legend!!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to & for giving me a massive hand to produce the shirts, folding and organising when my usual offsider was away on a well earned break...
