-Our Returns policy lasts 7 days from the purchase date for in store options or 7 days from the receipt of goods for postage options.
-If 7 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on that item.

-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but not for change of mind.

-If you are offered the same style in the correct size and deny it this is considered a “change of mind” and we do not do exchanges or refunds for “change of mind”

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.
-Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving payment (excluding weekends).
-They have "safe drop" labels and will not be left at your delivery address if you are not there to collect you will need to attend your local post office to pick up your parcel. Please keep an eye of your letterbox.
