The Queen Elizabeth 2 Garden has just opened in London. A fitting tribute and inspiring for a sustainable garden. Harris Wharf London coat and Hunter boots reflect the classic serviceable style ! Just Joey with its generous pale apricot blooms was stunning in Queen Mary’s Rose Garden. Denim with Navy and a mid length Hunter are also timeless

Oxford a town of such history and influence. Alumni tour was brilliant. Seeing here the school of Divinity which has a Harry Potter connection too. We enjoyed punting and a walk through the Botanical Gardens, a place principally for studying the plants and also peace and relaxation. - as a pharmacist I found it particularly interesting. The Turf tavern where one of our PM’s still holds the record for sculling a yard of beer was fun to stop by, graduation ceremonies had just occurred and tables of young students were celebrating. A bookstore of over 3 miles of shelves was inspiring and a visit to one of the oldest science and history museums in the world reflected upon issues that vex society 100 years on .

London with our great friends Ron and Sally. Seeing the secret sights.. the church from many a movie !! Can you guess? Then the RAF chapel opposite Australia House our forebears were great supporters here🙏. Next is Banksy ! The National Portrait Gallery Featured Marilyn Monroe as a visiting exhibit. Three facts: she worked out with weights, loved the outdoors and vetted her photos. ♥️. We walked and loved Covent Garden, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club and the production of the Devil wears Prada. Randall has gained even more appreciation of fashion and the time and care it takes which rolls perfectly to David Bowie experience out at the Light House. Artist, Musician Performer. So much to take in and it all is amazing.

A few days in Menorca. Historic buildings and golden rock walls, beautiful clear water, delicious food and welcoming people. A relaxed atmosphere which we enjoyed greatly.

Mallorca was charming with beaches, history, beautiful architecture and such varied cultural influences. Here is a glimpse at Palma. Stunning old town with some Gaudi influences. I love the enclosed Juliette Balconies . We stayed near the ‘playa del Parma’ at a fairly basic place but I have included our balcony view which was great at sunset and of course the beach sunset. The homes across the road were great understated beach houses and the flats we nicknamed’ Melrose Place’ reminiscent of the 90’s California! I am wearing a Rabens Saloner top which will be available soon .. pre order if you wish.

From Sevilla we travelled to Cordoba for just one night and then down to the Marbella on the famous Costa Del Sol. Cordoba is an delight for historians with buildings dating 2000 years , the Mosque- Cathedral was remarkable with its arches and columns in with the alters and windows . We stopped by hill towns and saw incredible old bridges over deep rock ravines, great grape growing, olives and oranges. Very happy to share more on the places we stayed and visited

Sevilla , in the south of Spain it’s so close to the African continent and its architecture reflects this. The intricate style in stonework, wood and ceramic is absolutely beautiful. The curved narrow streets, with plazas filled with outdoor dining options, the gardens , the fountains, the flamenco are all enchanting. We walked and explored gardens, palaces and museums. Light breathable fabrics, comfortable shoes and hats were my go to items dressing for the climate. My neutral tonal wardrobe with pants and tops was perfect. I also loved bringing out a new dress .. and yes we still have the cream pants and top and the linen print dress available .
