While everyone else was chasing the tracks and the views, I found myself looking a little closer.
The textures in the bark, tiny berries tucked amongst the scrub, new growth pushing through old timber, and all the small details that are so easy to miss when you're rushing from one place to the next.
A reminder that nature doesn't always need a grand landscape to be beautiful. Sometimes the most interesting things are right at your feet.
