Holidays + Fitness > unless your on a Fitness Retreat the best you can hope for is maintenance of your existing fitness 💪

Some people THRIVE on a break and some people take a DIVE in the fitness level on a break. I’m more of a dive girl.

Tonight I tackled the interval run:
1 hotel lap slow
1 hotel lap mid range
1 hotel lap sprint
For an endless amount of laps….

Pro Tip - Holidays + Washing is sometimes limited… you can wear the Rhubarb Rush set multiple times and it won’t loose its stretch. Drying between usage would be ideal, so is a new GString 😆

Life gets away on you…
You blink and it’s 6 months down the track and you’ve been running on auto pilot, and forgotten a few things along the way.

The more you tune in with your body the more you’ll see the ebs and flows of you. You can pinpoint what makes you feel good and what doesn’t, and block out the external noise - because you have cracked the code of ‘you’.

What feels good for someone won’t feel good for the next person 💖

CrossFit!! An epic sport that takes an epic amount of training, technique and commitment. The muscle up is the benchmark for greatness!!

Our Rhubarb Rush set doesn’t absorb the rub marks from your CrossFit shed the way a normal set does. A waist band strap that won’t lift on your T2B, and shorts that won’t roll on your Snatches 💪

CrossFit 4740 Mayhem is next weekend!! Do you have a matching workout set yet?

Gym with your Bestie will make your sessions sooooo much more enjoyable and quicker!!

Also if you’re finding it hard to catch your bestie, and you both do gym, doing a session at their gym + coffee is a great way to catch each other!!!

So grateful to my bestie for doing a session with me 🥹 Renee Vassallo

Renee is also wearing the Beige Babe set 😍

Focus on your mind
Focus on your heart rate
Focus on your pace
Focus on your breathing
Focus on your laps
Focus on your next station

Then…

Focus on nothing at all

My favourite part of a race, is the part when you forget where you are. That’s when the pain starts to numb away and you are comfortable in the uncomfortable. This isn’t for the Elite Athletes, this is for the EveryDay Athlete who is here to give it a go while doing the work/life/family juggle.

The EveryDay Athlete is where I’m at. I see you. I am you.
