END OF YEAR SCHOOL BALL

As we get closer to the end of the Year, we see the last of the School Balls happening soon!

We have an extensive range of suits available to hire or purchase, with more options this year, as we have added extra styles and colours to our hire range, along with our extensive range of shirts, ties and accessories.

Keep in mind that many of the girls have sorted their gowns and hair appointments well in advance, males however tend to be more last minute and we will endeavour to assist you. Once your partner/date/girlfriend has chosen her dress, focus on sorting out your colour scheme, book your suit fitting and lock in a florist for your corsages and button holes as these guys will be busy too.

Suit fittings and hire appointments are available, just call us to book in a time, we do offer after school appointments if necessary and will do our best to accommodate you.

Dressing sharp does not require a fortune!

Dressing sharp does not mean you need to spend foolishly on clothing and clothing accessories which will not work for you. When you do spend money on quality clothing, you will notice that they last longer because you will take care of them. Wedding Trends

Weddings trends are becoming more of a reflection of the individual interests, passions and lifestyles of the couple hosting them, with colour becoming more prevalent as we break away from formal traditions. Couples’ personalities will be reflected in the style of event, the food and beverages served, the sequence of events, the styling, the venue, the location – just about every aspect offering an opportunity to inject individualism.

The latest trend is about adding some fresh pops of colour, new palettes full of bold colours, print mixing and statement hues that weddings have not seen before. Bold splashes of colour are inherently decadent, creating a world you and your guests enjoy for one night only is the epitome of over the top.

The shift to these varied wedding styles and colours also allows for more control over the entire aesthetic, even as it pertains to guests, increasingly we are seeing couples viewing guest attire as part of their décor, requesting their guests to dress in colour hues to suit the theme. The wedding day is part of the ‘photo shoot’ so they communicate with guests to coordinate colour palettes and guest attire styling.

Coordinating guest dress codes has become the normal, with Black Tie becoming a more relaxed and fun formal style of celebration, seeing fun coloured suits and florals becoming the new fancy wear.

We look forward to being involved in the styling of both the wedding party or the guests at any of these weddings and this is certainly our favourite time of the year!
