We created Sewing with nonna because my mother Josephine and I Amanda created some awesome things for my son while I was pregnant, it brought my mother and I closer together while we sewed together preparing for my son, after he arrived and I was using the items we made I realized how fantastic they where and thought 'we HAVE to make these for other people they are too great not to share with othe

rs'. So from then it was decided we would see what the interest was and let it build from there. We started sewing with nonna on 29.08.14. So why the name sewing with nonna? Well we are from an Italian background and my mother is nonna to my son, which for those of you who do not know is 'grandma'. A bit about us
My name is Amanda, those of you who comment or message the page will be speaking directly to me, I have one son who is 1 in April, I am still learning to sew but I help with orders by buying the fabrics and cutting them to size. My mother Josephine has been sewing for 42 years and was a seamstress for 5 years she creates all the wonderful items you will see on this page. What do you specialize in? We specialize in shopping trolley covers, minky waterproof fitted sheets and general cot bedding
