Mmmm enjoying some slow cooked lamb roast and veggies, on a cool Sunday evening, I managed to pick up the lamb on special, which makes it even tastier. I used a 2 kilo leg of lamb, garlic/rosemary/salt/pepper to season the lamb, slow cooked from about 9am on auto setting on my slow cooker, frozen mixed veggies boiled/steamed until cooked and some pumpkin/carrots/potatoes baked until cooked through and tender, I used the juices from the meat to make lamb gravy, it always tastes better!
