IF I BUY MORE THAN 1 ITEM WILL YOU COMBINE POSTAGE? Absolutely! Our system calculates the weight of your purchased items individually and combines these to give you the cheapest possible postage options for your entire order. A PRODUCT THAT I LOOKED AT BEFORE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. NOW WHAT? This is the fantastic and equally heart breaking part about vintage clothing. Everything is one of a kind, this is what makes vintage shopping so special and unique! The best advice we can give is if you see something that you like, buy it before somebody else has a chance. ARE THE ITEMS YOU SELL NEW? Due to to the fact we sell vintage, meaning they are second hand, the items will show signs of use. However, we are committed to full transparency about stains or damages. If you feel there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us. HOW DOES POSTAGE WORK? We currently post daily between Monday to Friday every week. Most items posted before 4:00pm AEDT will arrive within 5-7 business days depending where in Australia you’re located. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: DELAYED PACKAGES? International shipping times vary by country, most delayed packages are due to customs. Please contact your local post to check for information. When receiving international parcels and they are delayed at customs; duties and taxes are the recipients responsibility as they are not included at the time of your checkout.
