There is a point in life where you have to stop asking everyone else if they believe in your dream.
Kanye West has spent decades talking about creativity, individuality, ambition, and the importance of trusting your own ideas. His career is a complicated one, but one thing has remained consistent: he has rarely been afraid to pursue a vision that other people didn't immediately understand. And that lesson goes far beyond Kanye.
If you want to create something meaningful, there will probably be periods when you feel completely alone. Friends may not understand why you're taking the risk. Family may question your decisions. Other people may tell you to choose the safer path.
That's when knowing why you're doing something becomes important.
Because when your motivation depends entirely on other people's approval, criticism can make you quit. But when you genuinely believe in what you're building, criticism becomes something you can learn from rather than something that defines you.
Walking alone doesn't mean you failed. Sometimes it means you're finally walking your own path.
Not everyone needs to understand your vision. Not everyone needs to support it. And not everyone who starts the journey with you will be there when you reach the destination.
Keep going anyway.
The world often understands the vision after it becomes reality.
