I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome since 2014. For those who don’t know, CFS (aka Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) is a complex and often misunderstood illness where the person feels overwhelming fatigue that doesn’t improve after rest or sleep. It can inhibit a persons ability to carry out day-to-day tasks and is disabling.

I have been living a functioning life with CFS since 2016, however this year I experienced a significant flare-up that has left me debilitated and bed-ridden for the last 5 months.

On top of overwhelming fatigue, I also experience a wide range of additional symptoms. I am unable to walk beyond my bedroom, my body is partially numb, my muscles ache, I am sensitive to touch, smells, sight and sound; and the list goes on.

I have had to greatly reshape my life, and thus, am unable to continue Moss Tunstall for the time being. My path to recovery is unknown, yet I hope to be back doing the things I love next year. With love, Ajay ###
