We know how difficult it can be to see your little one struggling with eczema. As an eczema-mum I’ve spent countless hours researching remedies, trawling eczema Facebook groups and Instagram pages. These are some great tips to keep on top of MILD eczema symptoms.

For moderate to severe eczema, there are so many different treatments available, it is a matter of trial and error to see what works for you. What’s important to remember - do what works for you and keeps your little one as comfortable as possible while you try and figure it out! You’ve got this 👊.

My 2 year old’s eczema is currently mild, but stubborn. I’ll share what I’ve tried in the comments ☺️. What have you tried that might help another eczema-fam?
