Wow, over a year and a half since I last posted!
Iโ€™ve been finding my feet in my late 40โ€™s and you better beleive iโ€™m doing my best to dance my way through it.
Life is a beautiful journey of self discovery, reflection, gratitude and wonderful surprises.
Although not always easy, Iโ€™ll do my best to look at the ride in that very way.
Thank you to all that have stayed on board the VA train and to those who have reached out for a little styling guidance.

I try waking up with attempts to program my day in a positive direction, 2 minutes of grateful thoughts before getting out of bed is how I do it!
I know itโ€™s a little โ€˜SUPERficialโ€™ however after indulging over the last couple of nights watching The Super Models on
I may have allowed this resurgence of the โ€˜Supersโ€™ to enter that list this morning ๐Ÿคญ
Who else plastered their walls and dissected every magazine with the likes of these ladies in the 90s? And of course letโ€™s not forget Helena, Kate and Nadja. They showcased the greatest designers in a way like no other.

Dreaming of bed โ˜๏ธ
And not because Iโ€™m overly tiredโ€ฆ

Had a streak of interrupted sleep which felt like foreverrrrr. Iโ€™ve finally been granted the gift of quality sleep that I oh so deserve!!
Because of this, Iโ€™m finding myself dreaming of slumber at all hours of the day.
Waking up fresh, revived and ready to conquer the day is such a reward.
One I dream about at all hours of the day.
Sleep is so underrated yes?!
