Rachel here! But call me Rach. Welcome to Penguin Pouch! I'm a project manager by trade, mum to a nearly 2 year old and wife to a nature-loving camping enthusiast - Chris.

What to expect here?
My family and I love camping, you can expect to see our camping adventures, unsolicited advice about what to pack with a toddler in tow and maybe some drone shots.

Wait, what's Penguin Pouch?

Penguin Pouch is an idea that's been brewing for a about a year now, since Chris and I took Jack on his first camping trip - when he was still a potato. As new parents it was important to us that we continued to do things that we enjoyed pre-parenthood, that included camping trips. So we bring Jack with us! Unfortunately keeping him warm overnight was a challenge we had using traditional indoor sleeping bags. So, we designed one for outdoors!
