The “Do You See Me” Top is finished.

Designed by me, then carefully brought to life here in Melbourne by skilled local makers. Every piece is crafted from 100% silk organza and made in limited numbers—not mass produced.

Watching this design go from an idea to a finished garment never gets old. Thank you for supporting Australian-made fashion and the people behind every stitch.

A little late posting this week… but better late than never. 🤍

This week at Elaine Dee has been a mix of fittings, fabric, packing orders, and the countless little moments that happen behind the scenes to bring each piece to life.

Running a small fashion brand means every day looks different. One minute I’m in the workroom with our Melbourne makers, the next I’m answering customer emails, planning the next collection, or packing your orders by hand.

It’s not always glamorous, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank you for following along, supporting local manufacturing, and being part of this little community we’re building. Every order helps prove that there are still people who value thoughtfully made clothing, designed and crafted here in Melbourne.

Here’s to another week of creating something a little different. ✨

I wanted to create a top that didn’t ask you to buy a whole new wardrobe.

Just one piece that could transform the clothes you already love.

The Do You See Me Top was designed to layer, add texture and bring something unexpected to even the simplest outfit. Whether it’s paired with denim, tailored trousers or your favourite skirt, it has a way of making getting dressed feel a little more exciting.

Designed and made in Melbourne in limited quantities. ✨

Fast fashion has taught us that clothes are disposable. I wanted to design the opposite.

One of my favourite details in the Grow Old With Me Jeans is something you’ll probably never notice... until you need it.

I’ve included generous side seam allowances so the jeans can be altered if your body changes over time. Whether that’s after having children, changing seasons of life, or simply because bodies aren’t meant to stay exactly the same forever.

Beautiful clothing should adapt with you—not be replaced because of a number on a label.

It’s one of those thoughtful details that costs more to make, but makes all the difference years from now.

Because the most sustainable garment is the one you keep wearing. 🤍

This is where it all started.

Three weeks off from my job as a structural engineer, enrolling in a pattern cutting course at the London College of Fashion, just for fun.

I had no idea that one small decision would change the course of everything.
