Close to your heart camisoles ❤️

I am finding great joy in making beautiful fine camisoles, embroidered with ‘loved’ and a cross.
I make them to help the wearer feel close and treasured, for beautiful fine silk or silky polyester sliding over the skin feels special. The camisoles are made to measure for you, bias cut with adjustable straps, fine french seams, length to suit with embroidery message as is or personalised for you.
Memorial messages can be embroidered in the handwriting of a loved one.
Personal symbols of meaning and energy also available to be designed and embroidered.

Cost: from $65
Colour : off white / ivory colour is standard.
Other colours available for additional cost. Please enquire for any other changes.

Are you ready for some creativity with a group of like minded people who celebrate achievements? I have two established long term sewing classes and have just added a third on Friday evenings fortnightly. There’s also a beginners 101 class on Sunday 5th July. Sewing Workshops in Mount Eliza next Sunday 24 May… 1. Beginners on a machine basics, 9 - 12, $75
2. Alterations and fitting, (a must have if you aren’t a standard size ie everyone!) 1 - 4pm, $75

Making a unique dress for a very special day is one of my favourite things. Over Christmas an idea was hatched with the bride to combine the top of another dress, rework the neckline and take it in, then create a different skirt in a different material.
The lace was tricky to lift off its backing - the stitching had melted into it - so there was no going back as it had to be cut apart. Once in pieces, I could rebuild the top with the new neckline and smaller size on a new backing with a more comfortable lining. The result was beautiful with bias cut, deep drapes across the front skirt and a hidden split. I love it when a bride doesn’t want to get out of her dress because of how it makes her feel 💗😍
