What is your journey that you're sharing (What's your hobby, sport or passion)?

My sport/ hobby that I’m pursuing is both powerlifting and bodybuilding as I have a passion for the health and fitness industry.

At what point did you realise that the 'grey area’ (between your start and end goal) is actually what matters, and how did it make you feel / think differently?

I first realised this after my first bodybuilding competition. I was so focused on the end goal to get to stage that once I finally got there I felt extremely lost, I felt like I had no direction or purpose anymore. Thats when I realised that as much as the end goal matters that it’s also so important to have small journey goals along the way. Something that will keep you moving and pushing forward. For me that’s when I was introduced to powerlifting. And I’ve been doing both ever since.

Do you have any points / tips / advice for someone who might have a similar goal or destination in mind?

Enjoy it. It’s great to have some level of tunnel vision when your getting ready for a competition to block out all the outside noise, but there’s also life that needs to be valued and enjoyed. And you can absolutely do both.
