We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on Print Production All‑Rounder to join our team. If you’ve got experience in digital printing, signage, or large‑format production — we want to hear from you.

🔧 The Role
A varied and fast‑paced position, including:
Operating large‑format printers (HP Latex experience ideal)
Preparing and finishing signage (trimming, mounting, laminating)
POS and packaging production, installation experience an advantage
Loading print files and basic pre‑press
Maintaining equipment and a clean workspace
Assisting with freight preparation and dispatch to stores

🧩 About You
Experience in digital/large‑format printing is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Physically capable of manual handling
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dandenong, VIC. As a Dispatch Factory Assistant - Receptionist at Priority Printing Solutions, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also handle clerical tasks, help manage scheduling, and support various factory operations as needed.

Qualifications

Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional Customer Service skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
High school diploma or GED, additional qualifications in Office Administration are advantageous
