the oversized beast is cut from a beautifully wrecked bat wing leather jacket ~ the kind with history and nothing left to prove
worn areas are kept on purpose for the gritty stone wash era morphing into today
real character zero polish for the sake of it

every original jacket detail has been stripped back and weaponised
zipper panels reborn as two external pockets
trims reworked into hard edging
extended side panels with inverted pleats for extra slouch volume and menace
the leather hit the G spot ~ soft enough to collapse into itself heavy enough to mean business

this 1’s also for my Mamma—my 1st style icon, sewing mentor, and rule-breaker-in-chief.
