Keep Calm & Sail On • how has everyone been? Can’t believe I’ve been sick 4 times since Autumn began and now the 5th time, I’ve finally caught covid. I can’t even remember what it is like to be well. Never have I been repeatedly sick so many times in a row. I’m so over it 😩 Anyone else in the same boat?

Today I turn 35 and I planned a birthday surprise for all our Lluie mamas but I haven’t the energy to get up and execute it. So sorry mamas… It’ll have to be saved for a later date 😔… a belated celebration to look forward to when I’m finally better and we can celebrate together 🤎

World Ocean Day 🌍🐠🐋 are you an ocean lover? I remember travelling to Phuket often with Bernard in the past (pre-kids) and going out to sea to snorkel. The sea life that greeted us always fascinated me. A few years ago, Maya Bay was closed to tourism to help its ecosystem recover. There’s so much that needs to be done to save the depleting fish population and coral reefs across the world that have been and continue to be destroyed.

Let’s start the conversation about the ocean at home with our little ones. To raise them to be concerned individuals who would make a positive impact to the world ocean so in turn there is a sustainable future for them.
